What you'll do

• As an experienced expert, you'll lead Data Science, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning projects from conception to implementation.
• You'll advise and support our clients on Data Science and Machine Learning topics with your distinctive consulting charm.
• You'll develop and apply advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Identifying trends and patterns in large data sets will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• You'll be responsible for managing complex projects based on agile methodologies.
• You'll continuously refine and promote best practices in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• You'll support junior colleagues in daily operations, serving as a mentor for their questions and providing guidance.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, including demonstrable knowledge of project management.
• You're passionate about technology and enjoy tackling challenging tasks.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Docker.
• You're an advocate for systematic work practices and use tools like Git for version control.
• You're willing to work in Karlsruhe or participate in projects throughout Germany.
• Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Your friends describe you as reflective and eager to learn.
